Job summary
A dynamic company in Singapore is seeking a passionate sales promoter to enhance customer engagement and drive product sales. The ideal candidate will attract customers, improve knowledge of product ranges, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setting up displays, conducting presentations, and following up on customer inquiries. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in retail is recommended.
- Eloquent and comfortable delivering presentations.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Listen and understand customers' needs to help them find the perfect product.
- Build product knowledge and engage customers.
- Set up attractive displays and booths for products.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Engage in meaningful interactions to build relationships.
- Distribute samples and provide feedback for improvement.
- Follow up with customers on product selection.
- Meet daily targets and submit sales reports.
- Network with relevant stakeholders.
- Search for new business opportunities.
Skills
We are looking for a dedicated sales promoter to join our business development team. The sales promoter's responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assist with improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
