Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on orders and timelines
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and filing systems
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and support sales activities
  • Assist with tender submissions and contract documentation where required
  • Handle general office and ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in engineering, marine, offshore, or industrial sectors is an advantage
