Job Summary:

We are seeking Senior Business Analysts (BAs) with deep domain expertise in Fraud Detection and Prevention. Ideal candidates should have significant hands-on experience and be capable of providing reverse knowledge transfer (KT) to our team. Candidates from product companies or implementation teams of fraud detection platforms are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis efforts for fraud detection and prevention initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and product vendors to understand current systems and identify fraud prevention enhancements.
• Perform reverse KT, sharing knowledge of fraud detection methodologies, tools, and frameworks with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze fraud patterns, threats, and trends to develop effective detection strategies.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, and use cases in alignment with anti-fraud objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams during solution design, development, and testing phases.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and fraud schemes in digital channels, banking, etc.

• Candidates from firms that build or implement fraud detection software.
• Previous experience working in banking, fintech, or risk consulting firms.
