Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the Core Banking IT department. The role involves driving the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System, deployed across 25 global business units.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing;
• Must have hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels;
• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments;
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), E2E ,Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications;
• Must have Functional testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform);
• Highly analytic and detail oriented in approach with excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation;
• Experience working in complex international environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including technical teams.
• Ability to work across global sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore) and travel occasionally.

Desired Skill-set

Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO);
Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle and IT Testing life cycle;

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the QA team and coordinate quality assurance activities across internal project engineering teams;
• Oversee testing efforts including System Testing, Integration, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align test schedules, environments, and data;
• Review and develop test strategies, plans, and documentation to improve quality and efficiency;
• Maintain strong communication with technical, business, and operational teams for requirements analysis and project planning;
• Lead defect management processes and maintain defect tracking with tools like JIRA/XRAY;
• Support Agile development processes and promote continuous improvement in QA methodologies;
• Prepare and maintain test libraries, scenarios, cases, and detailed test reports;
• Identify and resolve testing constraints, risks, and dependencies, chair meetings, and document outcomes.
