Overview

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify pain points and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct gap analyses to compare current ServiceNow capabilities against client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM to meet business objectives.
  • Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and JavaScript scripting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Work with QA teams to define test cases, validate functionality, and ensure solution quality.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), assist with go-live activities, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow platform
  • Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
  • Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow (REST, SOAP APIs).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
