- Designing and curating a cocktail menu that incorporates Chinese ingredients and flavors, aligning with Yanhuo’s culinary concept.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring all beverages are made to standard while minimizing waste.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in delivery excellent service
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beer.
- Creativity in crafting unique beverages and an understanding of flavor pairings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control.
