Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations
• Only Singaporeans
• Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance
• No experience is welcome as training will be provided.

5 working days per week - 44 hrs( OT will be given )

Tea Barista - $1800 Basic + $700 Allowance( Hardship and Mobile )

Senior Tea Barista - $2100 Basic + $700 Allowance ( Hardship and Mobile )

After probation of 3 months ( first month is training )- increment of another $200 basic
