Job Description

• Preparing and serving beverages
• Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry periods
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to hygiene standards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including pour-over and espresso with precision and consistency.
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages.
• Prepare siphon coffee and other hand-crafted coffee and tea.
• As our new Junior Server, ensure guest experience is second to none and offer efficient, quality service.
• Give customers menus and answer questions regarding ingredients.
• Take orders with attention to details (e.g., preferences of coffee blend).
• Lead shift execution with operational confidence, ensuring quality, inventory control, and team support.
• Interact with customers and make recommendations to fulfill dessert and drink orders.
• Prepare various types of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and tailor to customer preferences (e.g., adjusting sweetness levels, milk).
• Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer services.
• Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen on daily operations.
• Ensure smooth front-line operations in food service.
• Determine customer coffee desires; present and explain the coffee options.
• Prepare coffee and other drinks in the menu according to SOP and ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station area.
• Preparing beverages for guests at the bar and dining room following standard recipes and procedures.
• Work in collaboration with other bartenders to run bar operations.
