Job summary
A leading multinational company is seeking a Group Supply Chain Director to enhance supply chain operations across international markets. This role requires at least 10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on leadership and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be fluent in English; Mandarin is advantageous. The position is based in Singapore.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum 10 years' supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations.
- Build global supplier networks for cost-efficient sourcing.
- Implement digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Align production, demand, and supply for optimal delivery.

We are looking for a strategic Group Supply Chain Director to strengthen CWAY’s supply chain operations from procurement to delivery across international markets.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations.
- Build global supplier networks and ensure cost-efficient sourcing.
- Implement digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Align production, demand, and supply for optimal delivery.
- Lead a multicultural supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 5+ in leadership.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
