Remittance & Trade Finance Operations Associate
Job summary
A banking institution in Singapore is seeking candidates for roles involving processing remittances and trade finance transactions. Responsibilities include preparing reports, attending to queries, and constructions of financial messages. Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor's degree, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role offers an opportunity to engage in various banking operations and develop professional skills.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of credit processes, loan operations or banking products required.
- Experience in processing remittance, fixed deposit, trade finance, and bankers' guarantee is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Process Inward and Outward Remittances, Fixed Deposit Transition, Trade Finance and Banker Guarantee Transactions.
- Construct swift messages.
- Prepare monthly reports to the Management / Head Office.
- Attend to queries from customers / banks / staff of other departments on work related matters.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
