Procurement Analyst / Supply Chain

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the biggest Tech MNCs
• We are looking for a Procurement Analyst
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Qualification in relevant field - eg. Business/Information System/SCM
• Proven experience in procurement, ERP systems (preferably SAP-MM), and supply chain management
• Use of computer & tools like MS Office, with advance skills in MS Excel & Power Point Presentation. Experience in SAP or knowledge Visual basic is a plus
• Experience or knowledge in SAP and Tableau is a plus
• Use of computer & tools like MS Office, with advance skills in MS Excel & Power Point Presentation.
• Good Knowledge of S.E.Asia supply chain and customs regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT
• A team player with good interpersonal and Communication Skills (Written, Verbal and presentation)

Job Description

• ERP Master Database Maintenance and Procurement Transaction Monitoring:
• • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Procurement ERP Master Database, supporting seamless operations and compliance with organizational standards
  • Monitor procurement transactions to ensure data accuracy and facilitate timely monthly closing of SAP-MM processes
• Supplier Management:
• • Continuously monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives
  • Support the evaluation of suppliers based on company's global procurement strategy
  • Oversee the management of regional suppliers' ESG reporting to ensure alignment with company's ESG management framework
• Regulatory Compliance and Audit Support:
• • Collaborate with Finance and Legal in adherence with the relevant regulations (eg. IRAS, Singapore Customs)
  • Assist in preparing documents and providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits
• Process Improvement:
• • Lead Ad-hoc projects to enhance Supply Chain process for the region. Recommend actionable improvements to streamline operations and achieve cost optimization goals
  • Work with the IT team to implement efficient processes within the ERP or other internal systems
