About the Role

Kopifellas® started in 2017, with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore's food heritage through innovative concepts, expanding islandwide, and to New York. We’re seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our western cuisine development and deliver unique, craveable food to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop menus and new Western dishes, including seasonal specials, ensuring all offerings are cost-effective and appeal to our customers
  • Drive consistency, creativity, refinement, and high standards in food presentation, quality, and portioning
  • Train, motivate, and manage kitchen team effectively on modified or new recipes, SOPs, and proper handling of ingredients
  • Oversee all daily kitchen activities, ensuring proper adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
  • Keep up-to-date with current F&B and culinary trends to inform new menu ideas
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as sous chef with culinary degree/ relevant certification
  • Strong in culinary techniques, food safety, inventory management & cost control
  • Creativity, problem-solving, meticulousness, communication, organization, and management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a long-term commitment
Work Details

Location: 440 Geylang Rd, Fellascube, Singapore 389400

Work Duration: 10h shifts, 5-day working (may require weekends during store opening & audit period)

Salary Range: S$4.3k-7.7k (experience-based)
