A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an Accounting Assistant to manage payroll and maintain financial records. The role includes processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities. Candidates should have a minimum Nitec in Accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a competitive salary of $3000 - $3200, with potential for a 13 month bonus based on company performance.
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3200
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
13 month bonus (depend on company performance)
Handle monthly payroll, including salary calculations, statutory contributions, and allowances.
Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.
Process customer invoices, verify documents, and ensure timely billing and collections.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Issue credit notes with proper documentation and system updates.
Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit and compliance.
Support month-end closing activities, journals, and financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and stakeholders on financial matters.
Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required.
Minimum Nitec in Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
