  • Maintain proper filing of financial records.
  • Support month-end closing activities and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties.

Job Summary
  • Basic Salary: $3000 - $3200

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • 13 month bonus (depend on company performance)

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly payroll, including salary calculations, statutory contributions, and allowances.

  • Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Process customer invoices, verify documents, and ensure timely billing and collections.

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Issue credit notes with proper documentation and system updates.

  • Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit and compliance.

  • Support month-end closing activities, journals, and financial reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and stakeholders on financial matters.

  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec in Accounting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
