A leading compliance firm in Singapore is seeking a Halal Certificate Compliance Processing Officer to support its compliance program. The role involves preparing audit reports, documenting compliance activities, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Food Science & Technology and at least one year of relevant experience, along with strong client communication skills. This position offers a basic salary of $2,400 - $2,800 with AWS and is office-based near Clarke Quay MRT.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience as a Halal Officer, Food Technologist or Lab Technician.
• Ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit and investigation reports highlighting non-compliance.
• Document compliance activities using designated checklists.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and close audits efficiently.
• Perform compliance audits and monitor Halal operations.
• Maintain and organize compliance files and records.
• Prepare and process documents for submission to authorities.
• Engage with clients for feedback and information.
• Support various administrative tasks as needed.
