Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for regional subsidiary/subsidiaries
• Administer Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables for regional subsidiary/subsidiaries
• Supervise affiliates’ financial accounts in coordination with local outsourced accountants
• In charge of subsidiaries’ annual audit and compliance with all local tax regulations
• Responsible for monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting are delivered in line with Group’s deadlines.
• Support local tax reporting
• Work process improvements across reporting, billing, payable, funding, and accounting
• Take charge of regular reconciliation of Acquirer Scheme Receivables, Merchant Payable, Accounts Receivable, Negative end account balances, Deferred Income, etc.
• Assist in regulatory reporting
• Participate in ad‑hoc finance projects as and when required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years’ relevant experience
• Exposure to the e-commerce/card industry/banking & finance industry would be advantageous
• Knowledge in Xero Accounting System, Advanced Microsoft Excel skill is essential
• Good analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data
• Pro‑active and takes initiative
• A team player with good communication skills
