• Assist customers on customs declaration.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth day to day operation, coach and guide the others for timely shipment with error‑free documentation
2. Create Guidelines and promote best practices for import/export operation
3. Seeking competitive freight from various airlines/co-loaders
4. Sourcing new quotation with co-loaders & airlines for better partnership
5. Ensure all the documentation is in place for audit & filing purpose
6. Ensure all DN & CN is well in place for billing purpose
7. Assist & guide customers on custom’s declaration
8. Assist destination with gap & issue and resolve within timeframe given
9. Execution of AWB for daily import & export operation
10. Coordinate with customer regards to the cargo readiness/collection & arrangement
11. Any ad hoc allocated by superior
