Technical Officer: Facilities & Electrical Systems Maintenance
Job summary
A facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Officer to maintain Low Voltage Electrical systems and ensure efficient operation of building services. Candidates should possess a diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. This position requires skills in troubleshooting and managing maintenance data, ensuring uninterrupted service, and adherence to safety procedures. Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in Facilities Management required.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Electrical or Facilities Management.
- 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Low Voltage Electrical systems including troubleshooting.
- Execute quality procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct site testing of electrical issues.
