About the job General Manager (Business Operations)

General Manager (Business Operations)

To continue operating at our high standards, were seeking an experienced General Manager to join us as a member of the senior management team to lead and operate the business. We are looking for adept leaders with strong business minds and a knack for organization and collaboration.

Objective of this role

• Design and implementation of strategic business plans/practices for optimized productivity and efficiency
• Foster a leadership culture which attracts, develops, motivate and retains high caliber candidates, helping to build and shape a talent pool that will continue to drive the future success
• Have awareness of all business activity and measure progress

Responsibilities

• Formulate group objectives and operational plans, strategies and budgets to achieve business goal
• Set expectation, goals, policies and maintain standard of work from respective business units
• Project managing, track progress and measure efficiency, regularly checking in with respective business units and updating the Director
• Provide sound leadership and coaching across business functions driving development of employees
• Manage operations of business and impart good business practices
