Job description

• Oversee team budgets during closing periods, yearly budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Accurately manage and allocate team resources to meet operational needs.
• Evaluate and handle internal processes for proposals before sharing them with customers.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer or operational handovers between project and operation teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors as required.
• Build and maintain customer relationships as needed.
• Lead the team in estimating maintenance and operation support costs.
• Escalate and report major project issues to management promptly.
• Provide daily reports to managers regarding budgets, resources, and operational forecasts.
• Conduct daily team management activities and hold regular meetings.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in team leadership, budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Must be ITIL V3 or V4 certified.
• Knowledge of on-premises, cloud, network, and server environments for operational cost estimation is essential.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Proven ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud service‑related software, hardware, and products is an advantage.
• Experience with projects involving software‑defined data centers or cloud service infrastructure is beneficial.
• Flexibility to travel for project assignments when required.
