Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage site works and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, particularly with RC works and large projects like MRT. The role involves planning daily site operations, implementing carpentry works, and reporting defects to the project manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especially for RC works.
- Experience of medium/large projects for MRT.
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis.
- Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
- Implement carpentry works and inspections.
- Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.
