Job summary

A construction firm based in Singapore is seeking a skilled site manager with over 10 years of experience in RC works, particularly on medium to large MRT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily planning of site works and ensuring compliance with schedules while overseeing carpentry inspections and reporting any issues to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especially for RC works.
• Experience of medium/large projects for MRT.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis.
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
• Implement carpentry works and inspections.
• Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.
