Responsibilities include checking deliveries, recording data in Excel, and managing documentation. Candidates should have at least a GCE O-Level or a diploma in a related field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with multiple tasks to manage effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O-Level with a few years of experience in administrative or engineering-related roles.
  • Diploma in a related field with or without prior experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Check and verify the physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in the warehouse.
  • Record incoming AFE deliveries in Excel and assist in tracking shortages.
  • Track and update SNCA records and monitor all AFE SNCA items.
