Job description

• Supervise the dishwashers and cleaners at site
• Maintain a sanitary environment at the dishwashing area
• Operate high-temperature dishwashing machines (optional, but good to have knowledge)
• Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Report any equipment breakdowns
• ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
• Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals by workers
• Ensure proper storage of cutlery and crockery
• Assist to support cleaner who is on Medical Leave (MC) or any approved leave
• Train new dishwashers to ensure that they are up to the quality standard required
• Monitor and ensure workers are stable before allowing the new worker to go solo
• Ensure dishwashers are comfortable and fairly treated on their site.
