As part of our Medical Affairs team, you’ll foster internal and external collaboration to generate and disseminate evidence-based clinical practices to help impact patient lives and advance the quality of care. Your scientific curiosity and passion for patients will help us grow our reach and develop innovative solutions for people fighting cardiovascular disease.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Deliver comprehensive, in-depth hands‑on and hybrid (onsite and remote) training and procedural instruction to physicians and clinical teams on THV and TMTT devices, ensuring safe and effective use leading to excellent patient outcomes.
  • Provide case evaluation, advanced imaging interpretation, pre‑procedural planning, intra‑procedural guidance, complication management, and post‑procedural review for both THV and TMTT cases.
  • Develop, refine, and disseminate best practices and procedural techniques for THV and TMTT in collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including simulation‑based workshops and digital training platforms.
  • Serve as an expert advisor in complex and high‑risk cases (e.g., redo TAVR, valve‑in‑valve, mitral/tricuspid interventions), supporting emerging technologies across structural heart therapies.
  • Lead and participate in educational events, case conferences, and advisory panels, while engaging with professional societies to advance adoption strategies for THV and TMTT.
  • Provide medical guidance on reported complaints, off label / compassionate use cases and imaging with the highest complexity.
What you’ll need (Required)
  • Practicing physician
  • Proven expertise as a current, practicing THV implanter (Transfemoral/Transapical delivery) and working knowledge of TMTT devices and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and proctor other physicians in THV and TMTT procedures using both onsite and remote/digital methods.
  • Strong experience in clinical education, simulation‑based workshops, presenting to groups, and moderating physician programs.
  • Recognized as a clinical leader and innovator with contributions to conferences, advisory boards, or publications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence adoption of new technologies.
  • Deep understanding of cardiology, transcatheter therapies, multimodality imaging modalities (CT, echo, fusion), and patient selection.
  • Recognized as a visionary and industry leader in field of technical expertise.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to cardiology.
