Hybrid Assistant Sales Manager – Timeshare
Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to ensure sales targets are met while supporting and managing the Gallery Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience in the timeshare industry and strong communication skills in English or Mandarin. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, conducting training sessions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This dynamic role offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in timeshare/vacation ownership.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a Sales team in the industry.
- Knowledge of English/Mandarin dialect is essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Sales Gallery meets defined sales targets.
- Supervise daily operations and team performance.
- Conduct training and performance reviews with Sales Executives.
- Manage customer satisfaction and staff development.
