Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to manage maintenance for plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a chemical plant. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Applicants will engage in continual improvement efforts within the workplace and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in plant & facilities in a chemical plant.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance technology in a manufacturing process plant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with contractors.
  • Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment.
  • Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies.
