Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Head to build and maintain digital support for hawkers and heartland merchants.
  • Ensure the Digital Ambassador maintains service standards in their engagements.
  • Assist with logistical requirements at the hubs.
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of monthly senior call-back.
  • Support the Operations Manager in liaising with partners.
  • Ensure engagements are captured in the CRM system.
  • Generate monthly reports on engagement numbers and performance.
  • Support Program Head in stakeholder management and training sessions.
