The System Analyst will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s SAP ERP systems and related applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional and technical solutions, and ensure smooth operation of SAP systems to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP ERP systems.
• Coordinate with developers to design and implement ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces that align with business processes.
• Configure, maintain, and support SAP FICO modules to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing processes, recommending and implementing system enhancements.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing analytical and functional support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and related system issues, providing timely assistance to end-users.
• Stay current with SAP technologies, IT trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system analysis and SAP FICO module support.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, business processes, and data integration.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable to evolving technologies and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• SAP certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA are advantageous.
• Experience in RPA or other automation technologies will be an added advantage.
