• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to support solution design.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements or solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation.

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases based on business requirements.
• Conduct system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Manage the defect lifecycle: raise, track, and retest fixes.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Facilitate UAT with users and obtain sign-offs.

• Assist in deployment and post-go-live support activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide input for effort estimation and timeline planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar functional role.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
