About the role

The Commercial Finance Analyst will oversee end-to-end financial processes for the markets within our Asia Cluster, with a specific focus on managing the financial performance and operations of the distributors’ part of the business. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and reliable financial forecasting, while acting as a trusted finance business partner to the cluster’s wholesale team and local market teams. You will also promote financial best practices across Asian markets and ensuring full transparency and insights with the Cluster Finance team.You will foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture, embedding Pandora’s core values—Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver—in everything we do.

Key areas of responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting, with clear analytical path from wholesale-specific metrics, e.g. sell out, sell in, inventory, working capitals and etc
• Provide financial and commercial support to guide wholesale business performance, including the profitability with distributors, store operational performance, network, effectiveness of co-investment, and contract obligation in financials
• Deliver actionable insights to key forums based on wholesale market risks (e.g., currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, supply chain disruptions) and opportunities (e.g., new distributor partnerships, market expansion)
• Participate in cluster/market project teams, which can be in the wholesales business, or outside wholesales business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prior experience in managing wholesale business is required, preferably within Retail, FMCG or Fashion‑luxury, with regional experience in the Asian markets
• Strong understanding of the Asian market dynamics, cultures, regulations will be advantageous
• Familiarity in managing over hundreds of retail stores across the Asian markets
• Proven expertise in advanced MS Excel
• Experience in data tools such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx; familiarity with AI platforms will be advantageous
• Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and strong drive to resolve and improve issues
• Proactive and result oriented, collaborative team player with strong commitment to the tasks and team
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
