WHOWE’RELOOKINGFOR
The Digital Analyst will work closely with the line manager and associate director to support in servicing our client. The digital analyst will run end-to-end paid campaigns and gain great exposure to across multiple channels such as social, search and display programmatic.
Responsibilities
WHATYOU’LLBEDOINGONANYGIVENDAY
- CampaignManagement: Plan, execute and optimisa paid social, display and video programmatic campaigns.
- CampaignTrafficking: Implement and manage the delivery of paid social, display and video campaigns in CM360; ensure timely trafficing of ads, monitoring performance & optimizations, troubleshooting where required.
- A/BTesting: Develop and implement A/B testing initiatives to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- AudienceTargeting: Utilise audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting and effective messaging.
- PerformanceAnalysis&Reporting: Analyse campaign metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- BudgetManagement: Oversee campaign budgets and ensure adherence to allocated funds while maximising campaign impact.
- MediaActivation: Coordinate the compilation of activation deliverables, including media plans and creative assets.
- Planning&Forecasting: Support Digital Managers in crafting strategic proposals and media plans for clients.
- AdherencetoBestPractices: Stay abreast of industry trends, media partners and best practices for paid programmatic.
- InternalCommunication: Collaborate closely with Digital Managers to understand campaign objectives, provide regular updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
- ClientManagement: Engage in day-to-day client liaison and servicing.
- Other role related ad-hoc duties.
Required Skills
DOESTHISSOUNDLIKEYOU?
- Minimally 2–3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Familiarity with programmatic ad networks, exchanges and auction marketplaces plus different media buying models. Familiarity with the APAC landscape would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ad‑tech tools would be an advantage:
- Measurement and verification tools such as DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science.
- Dynamic Creative Optimisation tools such as Smartly, Jivox and etc.
- Hands‑on experience with programmatic platforms such as TradeDesk, DV360, Teads.
- Hands‑on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit.
- Hands‑on experience working on ad management platforms such as CM360.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
- Strong interest in programmatic/ad/mar‑tech.
- Attention to detail, excellent numeracy understanding.
- Self‑motivated, pro‑active, inquisitive, team player.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
