The role will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent for our organization, both in India and overseas. Leveraging the extensive experience in recruitment and headhunting within the manufacturing sector, the position will be working to build a high-performing team that drives our company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:1.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.2.Utilize your expertise in headhunting and talent mapping to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates, particularly within the manufacturing sector.3.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill them.4.Proactively network and build relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders5.Stay updated of market trends, competitor activity, and AI-driven best practices in recruitment to inform strategic decision-making.6.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI technologies, to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experienceRequirements:1.Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector.3.Proven track record of successfully filling manufacturing roles at various levels, both in India and overseas.4.Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate engagement.5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills6.Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.7.Preference will be given to candidates who can join within 30 days.Qualifications:MBA,Master in Human Resource MgmtMinimum Experience Level:8-12 YearsReport to:General Manager,
