Job Description
Senior Consultant - AI Transformation Lead is responsible for driving business process transformation by leveraging agentic AI technologies to reimagine workflows for higher automation, adaptability, and operational efficiency.
This role focuses on redesigning traditional processes into AI-embedded, autonomous, and outcome-driven workflows that enable dynamic decision-making and scalable transformation across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Lead design thinking workshops to co-create AI-enabled process solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Define and apply structured frameworks for AI use‑case assessment, including feasibility, business value, technical risk, and compliance evaluation.
- Re‑engineer end‑to‑end workflows from linear, manual models to adaptive, agent‑based architectures that reduce human intervention while improving consistency and agility.
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to embed AI, automation, and digital technologies into redesigned processes.
- Establish performance baselines and track improvements through relevant KPIs, continuously refining process designs for sustained impact.
- Support the development of governance frameworks and operating models that ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable AI‑driven process implementations.
- Contribute to enterprise AI strategy by identifying new opportunities for AI‑driven transformation across functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of experience in business process re‑engineering, transformation, or digital initiatives, with proven delivery of AI or automation programs.
- Hands‑on expertise with agentic AI platforms and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar emerging technologies.
- Strong foundation in workflow redesign, process automation, and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive change at scale.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops, executive sessions, and change management programs.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, AI lifecycle management, CI/CD, and MLOps practices is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and executive‑level stakeholder engagement skills.
