We are seeking a senior, high-impact AI Consultant to drive AI, GenAI, and cloud-led transformation opportunities across APAC, with Singapore as the regional hub.
This is a strategic sales role for a seasoned professional who combines exceptional enterprise sales capability, deep AI and cloud understanding, and strong hyperscaler ecosystem experience. The role focuses on driving revenue, building pipeline, and shaping large, complex AI-led deals, aligned to the company's AI, Cloud, and Services go-to-market strategy.
You will work closely with regional sales leadership, account teams, cloud practices, and services teams to position the company as a trusted advisor for AI-driven business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Cloud Revenue Growth
- Own and drive AI and GenAI pipeline and revenue targets across assigned strategic accounts and territories in APAC
- Partner with key account managers to identify, qualify, and close high-value AI,and data transformation opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, from value discovery through deal closure
- Develop and execute account and territory-level AI growth strategies aligned to company's Cloud & Services GTM
Executive Engagement & Value-Led Selling
- Engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and senior business leaders, positioning AI as a business enabler
- Translate AI and cloud capabilities into clear business outcomes—cost optimisation, productivity gains, risk reduction, and innovation
- Collaborate with consulting and services teams to build ROI-driven AI transformation roadmaps
AI Solution & GTM
- Act as the regional AI subject matter leader, supporting discovery, solution shaping, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- Guide customers on enterprise AI adoption, including GenAI use cases, secure AI architectures, and cloud-native AI services
- Align AI opportunities with SoftwareOne’s cloud migration, optimisation, security, and managed services offerings
Hyperscaler & Ecosystem Enablement
- Leverage deep understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud AI ecosystems
- Actively utilise hyperscaler funding, incentive, and co-sell programs (e.g., AI funding programs, GCP incentives) to accelerate deal velocity
- Partner closely with hyperscaler field teams to drive joint GTM motions and strategic pursuits across APAC
Regional Leadership & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud Practices, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partner teams
- Contribute to regional AI sales enablement, deal coaching, and best practices sharing
- Provide market and customer feedback to refine company's AI and cloud services strategy
Experience & Profile
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets selling cloud, software, data, or AI-led solutions
- Strong experience in consultative, solution-based selling within complex enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of AI, GenAI, and data platforms, with the ability to confidently lead executive and technical conversations
- Demonstrated experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, including funding and incentive programs
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a regional, matrixed APAC environment
