A leading technology firm is seeking a Global Customer Enablement Architect in Singapore to enhance training solutions and influence customer adoption. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide talent transformation. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in Big Data, AI, and customer success, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Big Data, AI or Data Science.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Training or Customer Success.
- Experience creating and leading programs collaborating with sales.
Responsabilités
- Act as subject matter expert in articulating business value of training solutions.
- Expand training 'lands' at strategic global accounts.
- Develop the training subscription renewal and upsell motion globally.
