Our Legal Operations team provides critical support to TikTok and its family of products, enabling our legal organization to operate at scale with efficiency, insight, and impact. We empower innovation by designing and delivering the systems, processes, and data‑driven strategies that help our lawyers and business partners achieve their boldest ambitions. The Legal Operations team is responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the legal function, from technology and vendor management to financial planning, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Head of Legal Operations, guiding a high‑performing global team responsible for transforming the way our legal department works. This role offers the opportunity to define and implement the operational vision for a world‑class legal organization, building scalable systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other business areas to optimize resources, enhance collaboration, and ensure the Legal team is equipped to meet the demands of a fast‑moving, highly complex environment. It is a key leadership role, reporting to the Global Legal Head of eCommerce, Enterprise and Innovation, and sits at the heart of shaping how one of the most dynamic tech companies approaches legal strategy and execution.
