Job summary
A local maintenance company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional with at least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits. The role involves benchmarking, compliance management, and supporting performance appraisals. Applicants must have a diploma or degree in Human Resources and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of local employment regulations is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with the progressive wage model.
- Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, and leave administration.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and administer reward distribution.
Skills
Education
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with progressive wage model
- Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration etc.
- Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required
- Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution
- Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments
- Partner and liaise with stakeholders both internal and external on compensation and benefits related matters
- Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor
- Only Singaporean need to apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
