Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

•Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

•Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.

•Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

•Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.

•Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

•Monitor staff attendance and leave records.

•Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.

•Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Administration:

•Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary items.

•Handle administrative support for departments (e.g., travel bookings, meeting room coordination, event logistics).

•Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and insurance.

•Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.

•Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

•Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Proven experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).

•Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.

•Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•High level of discretion and confidentiality.
