Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead audit and assurance projects, ensuring compliance with professional standards and ACRA regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in public accounting, strong leadership abilities, and excellent client management skills. Offer guidance to the assurance team and cultivate client relationships to drive business development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with Public Accountant registration.
- 10+ years of audit or public accounting experience with leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit and assurance projects ensuring compliance.
- Manage quality assurance processes according to ACRA regulations.
- Provide mentorship and strategic leadership to the assurance team.

- Lead and oversee audit and assurance projects across various industries, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality assurance processes and maintain adherence to ACRA regulations.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic leadership to the assurance team.
- Cultivate client relationships and spearhead business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to advance firm growth, innovation, and professional representation.
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) and ISCA member, possessing an official Public Accountant registration with ACRA along with a current Practising Certificate.
- At least 10 years of audit or public accounting experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, client management, and business development capabilities.
