Job description

Payroll Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in the Company, in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Your role

  • Process monthly payroll for both staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Collate and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll data from HR and project teams.
  • Ensure payroll is completed within tight deadlines without errors.
  • Prepare and distribute salary slips, reports, and relevant payroll summaries.
  • Handle statutory filings and payments such as CPF, IRAS, or local equivalents.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to staff and worker queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate data and handle payroll-related queries efficiently
  • Assist in annual audits, internal checks, and reconciliations related to payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with company confidentiality standards and payroll-related regulations.
The Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant payroll experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
  • Familiar with payroll systems and statutory requirements (e.g.,IRAS, MOM, and CPF).
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRiQ payroll software will be added advantage.
