Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Assistant Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 Hana and should able to handle full set of accounts.

• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing deadlines.
• Manage the full range of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Assist with the monthly account closing process.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Monitor and follow up on credit control for tenants and purchasers.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
• Compile and provide all requested information for internal and external audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana FICO/Rise is preferred.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$3,800 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
