Conveyancer / Solicitor - Leading Property Law Firm. UK Remote

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor to join a leading property law firm with a UK remote working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law and legal documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling conveyancing transactions and legal documentation
  • Drafting legal contracts and legal opinions
  • Managing litigation matters, property disputes, and recovery actions
  • Conducting title searches, revenue record verification, and online due diligence
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and statutory requirements
  • Assisting with mortgage vetting, legal notices, and enforcement of securities interest
  • Handling customer issues and retail litigations, including RERA compliance

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of property law, legal drafting, and litigation management
  • Excellent command of English and legal documentation skills
  • Experience with compliance matters, legal administration, and legal software
  • Additional qualifications such as ACCA, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel are desirable
