Job description

Gold Moon SG Pte. Ltd. is a Joint Venture company from Hongkong, and operates multiple Korean F&B brands.

1. Strategic Leadership
  • Define the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
  • Develop and oversee business strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and mitigate business risks.
2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure the company complies with Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations.
  • Fulfill statutory obligations with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
  • Adhere to tax laws, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
3. Financial Oversight
  • Monitor the company's financial health and approve budgets.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
  • Make key decisions regarding funding, investments, and cost management.
4. Risk Management & Corporate Governance
  • Identify and assess risks affecting the company’s operations.
  • Implement policies to enhance corporate governance and ethical business practices.
5. Stakeholder & Shareholder Relations
  • Represent the company in shareholder meetings and report on key matters.
  • Manage relationships with investors, clients, and key partners.
  • Ensure the company's interests align with those of stakeholders.
6. Executive & Employee Management
  • Supervise and support the CEO and executive team in decision-making.
  • Oversee HR policies, corporate culture, and employee well-being.
Legal Duties of a Director in Singapore
  • Maintain ACRA Compliance: Ensure the company meets all statutory filing requirements.
  • Act in the Best Interest of the Company: Avoid conflicts of interest and act responsibly.
  • Avoid Negligence & Misconduct: Directors can be held liable for any breaches of duty that harm the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
