A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the full spectrum of receivables, ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Accountancy and at least 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include monthly closings, invoice processing, and resolving billing issues. Interested applicants should send their resumes to the provided email.
Handle full spectrum of Receivable which include monthly closing, preparation of journal entries into system, reconciliation of receivables and bank statements.
Processing of invoices and receipts
Review credit terms of customers
Churn out and perform ageing analysis
Resolve billing issues
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy with 3 years of experience in receivables
Proficient in Excel
Detailed and Meticulous
