We are looking for a self‑motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatise our business. Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

• Accounting and general administrative functions: full set of accounts, day‑to‑day accounting, bookkeeping, general ledger, AP, cash management, bank reconciliation, regulatory submissions (GST returns), payment processing to suppliers, liaison with external auditor and tax agents, reporting to directors and handling ad‑hoc assignments.
• Human resources functions: full spectrum of HR, payroll process, claims expenses, recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviews, salary proposal), work pass applications (process, renewal, cancellation), coordination with insurance agents regarding cancellation, renewal, new coverage.

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Self‑motivated, well organized, meticulous, and able to multi‑task.
