Job summary

A leading property development company in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage monthly financial reports and oversee year-end audits. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business or Accountancy and at least two years of relevant accounting experience. Good communication skills, analytical abilities, and a team spirit are essential for success in this role. Qualifications

• 2 years and above of accounting experience for full set closing.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of property industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly management accounts closing for all the assigned companies.
• Prepare for the annual year end audit.
• Prepare annual tax computation.
• Prepare for annual budget exercise for investment and development companies.
• Prepare monthly Goods & Service Tax (GST) reports and analysis/computations for quarterly GST filing.
• Update monthly management reports eg Investment & Development properties report and hotel performance report.
• Prepare financials to Singapore Department of Statistics or any government authorities for statistical survey.
