We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients for this role.

• Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
• Staff supervision and mentoring.
• Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
• Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the Centre, meeting the student enrolment targets.
• Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance and GIRO Report.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Director (for Assistant Centre Head).

• Minimum diploma and above (WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage).
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
