Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development in Aircon. The role involves conducting research on industry trends, developing tailored client offerings, and driving revenue by meeting sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in an Engineering-related field and 3 years of sales experience in project solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to pivotal projects within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience dealing with business clients in sales.
- Background in selling complete project solutions.
- Familiarity with financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry trends relevant to construction.
- Develop tailored offerings based on business client needs.
- Coordinate project bids and maintain engagement throughout execution.

Education
- Conduct research and assess industry trends to ensure alignment with current conditions in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and present tailored offerings, including products, services, and integrated solutions, based on the demands of business clients.
- Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding designated sales objectives.
- Coordinate the development of project bids and maintain engagement through each phase of execution.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support overall business activities.
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in an Engineering-related discipline.
- Background in selling complete project solutions, particularly in areas such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), smart living technologies, access control, or security solutions.
- Brings 3 years of hands-on experience dealing with business clients in a sales capacity.
- Familiar with financial principles and comfortable interpreting business figures.
