Our client is a newly setup company in Singapore. As part of their plan to strengthen organisational capabilities, they are now seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join their team in a key leadership role.
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging reporting and analytics to drive performance and operational efficiency.
Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance; present financial reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership; manage financial risks, cost optimisation, transfer pricing, and cross-border taxation.
Cash Flow, Treasury & Investment Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions; oversee banking relationships and capital structure; conduct financial modelling and scenario simulations supporting ridership, pricing, and cost decisions.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Partner with shareholders, regulators, and internal teams to support strategic decisions; lead and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance, continuous learning, and adoption of finance technologies.
Recognised Degree in Accountancy; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) preferred.
Minimum 12 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in transportation or infrastructure sectors.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analytics, and data-driven decision‑making.
Proven ability to drive cost efficiency, optimise revenue, and develop robust business cases.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
