Crypto.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive partnerships, product expansion, and user growth in the NFT and gaming ecosystem. You'll own strategic initiatives end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams across blockchain, product, marketing, and design to shape the future of Web3 gaming.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with game studios, platforms, brands, and influencers.
  • Business Growth: Drive go-to-market strategies and support revenue generation through innovative campaigns and Web3 activations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of NFT, GameFi, and Web3 trends; conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Crypto.com at industry events, build visibility, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership: Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects on time, with clear KPI tracking and optimization.
  • Strategic Input: Provide insights to leadership, help align priorities, and shape the company's growth trajectory.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years in strategic business roles (BD, Partnerships, Corporate Dev), preferably in Web3 or gaming
  • Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, GameFi, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive problem-solver
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Play-to-Earn, NFT-based economies, or DeFi platforms
  • A strong network within the Web3/gaming community
  • Previous involvement in crypto-related startups or gaming launches
